Welcome Back Everyone!
Grade 11s: Thursday we will be diving into the new unit "Hunger". And cooking up a tasty beef dish.
Grade 9s: We will be going over the project outline for your cheese shop and doing some baking with cheese... perhaps a cheesecake.
Grade 12s: On Monday we will be starting the "Stocks, Sauces, and Soups" unit.
