Class Expectations

Be present and on time! this includes returning from break.

Be prepared and try your best! Bring your notebook, pen or pencil and ready to work. Completion of all your work is necessary.

Be kind to others. You are not alone in this class! Working in the lab is mostly done in group settings. You are evaluated on your ability to work with others as well as individually.

Day 2: Grade 7s will continue working on Safety in the Kitchen and practicing basic cooking skills by preparing CHEESE QUESADILLAS.

Day 4: Grade 8s Welcome! Introductions, course outline, kitchen/lab safety (no cooking)

Day 5: Grade 11s  Welcome Back! Intro, Course outline, Food Borne Illnesses

Day 6: Grade 9s  Welcome Back! Intro, course outline, kitchen safety

Day 1: Grade 12s Welcome Back! Intro, course outline, Discuss units to be examined this year, Food Borne Illnesses/Safety and Sanitation
